Canada Post Strike Ending Update – December 19, 2024
Even though the Canada Post strike came to an end, we wanted to provide an update regarding shipments. Due to the backlog created during the strike, we are temporarily still using alternative carriers to ensure uninterrupted deliveries. Delivery times may vary depending on the region, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition.
We will resume shipping via Canada Post once operations have stabilized. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your continued support.

We are pleased to offer reliable shipping across Canada. Please see the details below regarding our shipping policies:
- Shipping Provider: Orders are shipped via Canada Post.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping Time: Depending on your location, delivery may take between 3-7 business days after processing.
Shipping Rates:
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 (before taxes) within Canada.
- Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $100 before taxes, a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.00 will apply.
International Shipping: Acca Kappa Canada only ships within Canada.
Sales Tax:
All orders are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes, based on your shipping address. Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, items such as hair brushes and combs are non-returnable.
To begin a return, please contact our customer service team via our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.

All orders are prepared and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. No shipments are made on the following Canadian holidays:
